The verse, he explained, captures the very foundation of scientific discovery — exploring the unknown through experimentation, critically evaluating established knowledge, and validating ideas through experience. In a message posted on X, the Prime Minister emphasized that India’s youth, armed with a forward-looking technological mindset, are poised to make contributions that extend beyond national boundaries.
