New Delhi — The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released an important press note outlining post-result procedures and candidate advisories following the conclusion of the examination process, including Personality Tests (Interviews).

According to the Commission, no requests for changes or corrections in the Online Application Form (OAF) will be entertained. However, candidates who need to update their address or contact details may notify the Commission within seven days of the publication of the press note. Such updates must be communicated directly through official channels, including letter, email, or fax, as specified by the UPSC.

In a move aimed at enhancing transparency, the Commission announced that the mark sheets of all candidates will be uploaded on its official website within 15 days of the publication of the final result, which follows the completion of Personality Tests.

The mark sheets will remain accessible for a period of 30 days, allowing candidates to review their performance details.

The UPSC also clarified a legal matter involving one candidate. The result of a petitioner candidate has been kept in sealed cover, in compliance with an interim order issued by the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court dated October 15, 2025, in SCA No. 12450/2025. Such sealed cover procedures are typically adopted when judicial proceedings concerning a candidate are pending.

These guidelines are part of the Commission’s standard administrative protocol and are intended to ensure procedural integrity while providing candidates with clear instructions. Aspirants are advised to closely follow official UPSC communications and adhere to stipulated timelines to avoid any complications.

The announcement is expected to be closely tracked by candidates awaiting detailed score disclosures and further recruitment processes.
