Public Grievances Heard at Samadhan Camp in Gurugram

New Delhi :Under the guidance of Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Camps are being organized across the state to ensure quick resolution of public grievances and strengthen administrative accountability.

As part of this initiative, a Samadhan Camp was held at the conference hall of the Mini Secretariat in Gurugram under the chairmanship of CTM Sapna Yadav. Citizens from different parts of the district attended the camp to present their complaints related to various government departments before the officials.

During the camp, Sapna Yadav carefully listened to the grievances submitted by the public and directed concerned department officials to ensure timely action and resolution of each complaint. She stated that the primary objective of these camps is to provide a single platform where citizens can present their problems and get quick solutions, eliminating the need to visit multiple government offices.

She informed that Samadhan Camps are being organized every Monday and Thursday on working days from 10 AM to 12 PM across the district. The progress of complaints received in these camps is also monitored directly by the Chief Minister, who reviews updates and stays connected with the initiative.

The CTM instructed officials to listen to citizens’ issues seriously and ensure that they are resolved on a priority basis. She also appealed to residents of the district to participate in these camps and present their grievances so that they can be addressed promptly.

During the camp, complaints related to departments such as Revenue, Municipal Corporation, Electricity, Drinking Water, Social Justice, Pension services, Family ID (Parivar Pehchan Patra), and other departments were received. Several issues were resolved on the spot, while the remaining complaints were forwarded to the concerned departments with directions for necessary action.

The camp was attended by several officials including Municipal Corporation Joint Commissioner Vishal, ACP Sushila, and DDP0 Navneet Kaur, along with other administrative officers.
