LeT Terrorist Arrested in Srinagar After Infiltration; Interrogation Reveals Makeover, Hair Transplant Attempt

A suspected terrorist linked to the Pakistan-based militant outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba has been arrested by police in Srinagar after allegedly infiltrating India, officials said. The accused, identified as Mohammad Usman Jatt, is a resident of Lahore and is currently being questioned by security agencies over his activities and alleged terror links.

According to investigators, Jatt was allegedly assigned the task of creating sleeper cells outside Jammu and Kashmir and planning terror-related operations in different parts of India. During interrogation, he reportedly made several disclosures about his movements and activities after entering the country.

Officials claim that after arriving in India, the suspect began undergoing a personal makeover in an effort to change his appearance and avoid suspicion. During questioning, Jatt allegedly admitted that he had been struggling with severe hair loss for a long time, which had affected his confidence.

Security agencies further revealed that while staying in Srinagar, the accused came in contact with a few individuals who informed him about hair transplant procedures. Following those interactions, he reportedly visited a clinic to undergo a hair transplant treatment.

Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the extent of his network, possible local contacts, and whether any sleeper cells had already been activated. Further details are expected as the probe progresses.
