Yogi Adityanath Meets DBS CEO Tan Su Shan in Singapore, Focus on Boosting Financial Cooperation for Uttar Pradesh

New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a high-level meeting with Tan Su Shan, Chief Executive Officer of DBS Group, along with her senior leadership team in Singapore on Monday.

The meeting focused on enhancing financial cooperation between Uttar Pradesh and global financial institutions, with particular emphasis on facilitating project financing and encouraging greater investment flows into infrastructure and high-growth sectors within the state.

According to a tweet by the Chief Minister, discussions revolved around strengthening institutional partnerships, enabling smoother capital access for large-scale development projects, and exploring opportunities for DBS Group to play a proactive role in supporting Uttar Pradesh’s expanding economic landscape.

Officials said the interaction aligns with the state government’s broader strategy to attract global investors and position Uttar Pradesh as a preferred investment destination in India. Key areas of interest include infrastructure development, urban expansion, industrial corridors, renewable energy, and emerging growth sectors.
