During the closing ceremony, Scottish officials formally handed over the Commonwealth Games flag and ceremonial baton to the Indian delegation, symbolizing the transition of hosting duties.
Representing India on the stage were Olympic gold medallist javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra, Indian Olympic Association (IOA) President P.T. Usha, and Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi, who witnessed the historic handover.
