Narendra Modi invokes divine strength and confidence through Navratri prayers
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi sought the blessings of Maa Katyayani, highlighting that worship of Maa Jagadambe fills the mind with immense energy, inner strength, and divine consciousness. He prayed that the Goddess bless all devotees with courage and self-confidence.
The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit verse in praise of the Goddess:
“चन्द्रहासोज्ज्वलकरा शार्दूलवरवाहना। कात्यायनी शुभं दद्याद् देवी दानवघातिनी॥”
He also shared a devotional message on social media, expressing reverence for Maa Katyayani as the embodiment of divinity and valour, and wished for her blessings to empower all devotees.
Emphasising spiritual strength, the Prime Minister noted that devotion to Maa Jagadambe energises the soul and illuminates the heart with higher consciousness.
