Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif sent a diplomatic gift of 90 mangoes to Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar, a gesture that quickly gained attention on social media. Sharing the gift on X, Magyar described it as a "pleasant surprise" and revealed that within an hour, only a few mangoes were left, highlighting how much his team enjoyed them.

In his post, Magyar wrote, "Not everyone gives a revolver as a gift. At the end of a historic day, a pleasant surprise was waiting for me in my office. We received 90 mangoes as a gift from the Prime Minister of Pakistan." He later thanked Shehbaz Sharif, adding that the mangoes had almost all been eaten within an hour.

Magyar’s opening remark was widely interpreted as a subtle jab at Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who had recently presented him with a Magnum revolver engraved with his name during the NATO Summit in Türkiye. Sharing a photo of the firearm earlier, Magyar had described it as an "unusual gift" received from Erdoğan.
