NBEMS Revises 2026 Medical Exam Schedule

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences has released a revised tentative calendar for major medical examinations for the 2026–27 academic cycle. The updated schedule covers key exams such as NEET-PG, NEET-SS, FMGE, and DNB/DrNB certifications.

As per the notification, NEET-SS 2026 will be conducted on December 11–12, 2026, while NEET-PG 2026 is scheduled for August 30, 2026. The FMGE December session is set for January 9, 2027.

For postgraduate specialty courses, the DrNB Final (October 2026 session) will take place from September 25 to 27, 2026, while the April 2027 session is planned for March 26–28, 2027.

Meanwhile, DNB Final (June 2026) exams are scheduled between June 18–21, 2026, and the December 2026 session will be held from November 19–22, 2026. The NBEMS Diploma exams (June 2026) are set for May 14–16, 2026, followed by the October 2026 session on September 11–13, 2026.

NBEMS has clarified that these dates are tentative, and candidates should wait for the final confirmation through official information bulletins. Aspirants are advised to regularly check the NBEMS website for updates and application details.

The board also emphasized that all queries must be submitted only via its official communication portal.
