Delhi Hotel Fire Tragedy Wipes Out Gurugram Family, Death Toll Rises to Nine

A devastating fire at the Flourish Stay Hotel in Delhi’s Malviya Nagar has completely shattered a family from Gurugram, claiming the lives of nine members in total.

The tragedy deepened on Tuesday after Radheshyam Agrawal, father of Gurugram resident Vivek Agrawal, succumbed to his injuries at Max Hospital in Saket. He had been admitted to the hospital for several days and was on ventilator support in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Radheshyam Agrawal, a resident of Sector-46 in Gurugram, had been receiving treatment for an illness at the hospital. Several family members had been staying in Delhi to care for him and were accommodated at the Flourish Stay Hotel in Malviya Nagar.

However, disaster struck when a massive fire broke out at the hotel, trapping the family members inside. Vivek Agrawal and seven other relatives lost their lives after being burned alive in the horrific incident.

The incident has left the Agrawal family devastated, turning what was already a difficult period of medical treatment into an unimaginable tragedy. Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the fire, while questions are being raised over fire safety measures at the hotel.

The tragic loss has sent shockwaves through both Gurugram and Delhi, with locals mourning one of the most heartbreaking family tragedies in recent times.
