PM Modi Shares Sanskrit Subhashitam, Seeks Blessings of Maa Siddhidatri
Prime Minister invokes spiritual strength and success through devotion during Navratri
In a message rooted in faith and tradition, Narendra Modi on Thursday shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam while offering prayers to Maa Siddhidatri, one of the nine revered forms of Goddess Durga worshipped during Navratri.
Taking to social media platform X, the Prime Minister extended his greetings and sought divine blessings for all devotees. He prayed that Maa Siddhidatri bless everyone with the strength and determination needed to achieve their goals. Emphasizing the spiritual significance of devotion, he noted that worshipping the Goddess fills devotees with extraordinary energy and confidence, guiding them towards success.
The Prime Minister also shared a Sanskrit verse:
“सिद्धगन्धर्वयक्षाद्यैरसुरैरमरैरपि। सेव्यमाना सदा भूयात् सिद्धिदा सिद्धिदायिनी॥”
Through this verse, he highlighted the universal reverence for Maa Siddhidatri, who is worshipped by divine beings and is believed to grant siddhis (spiritual powers) and fulfillment of aspirations.
Maa Siddhidatri is worshipped on the ninth day of Navratri and is considered the bestower of wisdom, prosperity, and supernatural abilities. Devotees across the country offer prayers on this day, seeking blessings for success, peace, and spiritual growth.
