A large-scale protest by industrial workers in Noida has escalated into a tense law-and-order situation, prompting close monitoring by senior Uttar Pradesh police officials. The agitation, reportedly driven by demands for wage hikes and better working conditions, intensified across multiple industrial zones, leading to traffic disruptions, property damage, and clashes with law enforcement agencies.
According to officials, Director General of Police (DGP) Rajeev Krishna and Additional Director General (Law & Order) Amitabh Yash have been closely tracking developments from the state headquarters in Lucknow.
