According to sources, the Prime Minister cautioned MPs against the misuse of their official letterheads, noting that their names and positions could be exploited if proper care is not taken. He also advised lawmakers to speak politely while interacting with people over the phone, emphasizing that courteous behaviour strengthens public trust.

In a notable message, PM Modi encouraged MPs to learn from their colleagues regardless of political affiliation, saying that valuable lessons can be gained even from members of the Opposition.
