Rabri Devi Asked to Vacate Government Residence in Patna
Bihar government reallocates former Chief Minister’s official bungalow to Minister Nand Kishore Ram
Former Bihar Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Rabri Devi has once again been asked to vacate her government residence at 10 Circular Road in Patna.
The order has reportedly been issued by the Bihar government led by Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary. According to reports, the bungalow currently occupied by Rabri Devi has now been allotted to Minister Nand Kishore Ram.
This is not the first time Rabri Devi has received such a notice. The state’s Building Construction Department had earlier also issued directives asking her to vacate the official residence. The latest order marks another attempt by the administration to reclaim the property.
The development has sparked political attention, given Rabri Devi’s status as a senior RJD leader and former Chief Minister of Bihar. Further responses from the RJD or Rabri Devi’s camp are awaited.
