New Delhi, 17 February 2026 : Authorities have released a comprehensive general advisory for delegates attending the India AI Impact Summit 2026, being held at Bharat Mandapam and associated venues in the national capital. The advisory outlines operational timings, entry protocols, and transportation guidance to ensure smooth event management and security compliance. All summit venues — Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre, Bharat Mandapam Expo Arena, and Sushma Swaraj Bhawan — will operate from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Delegates are strongly encouraged to use public transport, metro services, or cabs due to limited parking availability.
At Bharat Mandapam, Gate Nos. 4 and 7 will be open for entry and drop-offs from 8:00 AM onwards, while Gate No. 10 is designated for delegates arriving via metro. Self-drive vehicles will have restricted parking options at Purana Qila, Zoo Parking Space, and JLN Stadium, with shuttle services operating to Gate No. 4. Delegates are also advised to use golf cart facilities within the complex for internal movement.
For Sushma Swaraj Bhawan, entry for pedestrians, metro users, and vehicles will be permitted exclusively through Gate No. 2. All registered participants have been requested to adhere strictly to the revised access and security protocols.
